摘要
为研究管材用TPEE的热稳定性,采用热失重法对不同抗氧剂含量下55D TPEE共聚酯的热降解行为进行了研究。用Kissinger、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa及Coast-Redfern 3种方法对比计算了不同抗氧剂下TPEE共聚酯在N_(2)气氛中的热降解活化能,并对降解反应机理进行了探讨。结果表明降解表观活化能,随着抗氧剂含量的提高而增加。采用Coast-Redfern方法研究了不同抗氧剂添加量下55D-TPEE热降解动力学机理,表观活化能略有差异,但降解机理相同,均为一维扩散机理。
In order to study the thermal stability of TPEE for pipes,the thermal degradation behavior of 55D TPEE copolyester with different antioxidant content was studied by thermogravimetric method.The activation energy of thermal degradation of TPEE copolyester in N_(2) atmosphere with different antioxidants was calculated by Kissinger,Flynn-wall-Ozawa and Coast-Redfern methods,and the degradation mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the apparent activation energy of degradation increased with the increase of antioxidant content.The thermal degradation kinetic mechanism of 55D-TPEE with different antioxidant additions was studied by coast Redfern method.The apparent activation energy was slightly different,but the degradation mechanism was the same,which was a one-dimensional diffusion mechanism.
