摘要
使用切片纺丝的方法生产再生涤纶细旦长丝,所用切片为物理法生产的再生瓶级聚酯切片,成功生产出dpf 0.8 dtex以下的细旦再生涤纶FDY长丝。通过生产实践,总结出适合再生切片的生产工艺参数,能稳定生产再生细旦涤纶长丝,且纤维各项指标与同规格原生丝接近。
The chip spinning method is used to produce recycled polyester fine-denier filaments.The chips used are recycled bottle grade polyester chips produced by physical methods.The fine-denier recycled polyester FDY filaments below dpf 0.8 dtex are successfully produced.Through production practice,the production process parameters suitable for recycled chips are summarized,which can stably produce recycled fine-denier polyester filaments,and the fiber indicators are close to the same specifications of virgin filaments.
