上海市绿色低碳数据中心标准体系建设研究和实践

Research and Practice on Standard System Construction of Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Data Center

阐述了上海市绿色低碳数据中心标准体系的适用范围、内在联系、有机整体构建思路。上海市能效中心技术团队牵头,整合科研院校和企事业单位共同参与起草了8项绿色低碳数据中心标准体系中的地方标准,并对体系内标准的编制目的、主要内容及特点进行了解读,对上海市数据中心绿色低碳标准化工作建设进行了实践。有效推进了上海市数据中心的能效提升和绿色低碳发展,为信息产业节能降碳工作提供有力技术支撑。同时,也为全国及长三角地区的数据中心标准制(修)订工作提供了经验和参考,部分成果被吸收采用。

This paper expounds the scope of application,internal relations and organic overall construc-tion ideas of the standard system of Shanghai green low carbon data center.Led by the technical team of Shanghai Energy Efficiency Center,the integration of scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions jointly participated in the drafting of eight local standards in the standard system of green and low carbon data centers.It also interprets the compilation purpose,main contents and char-acteristics of the standards in the system and characteristics of the standards in the system and the construction of green and low-carbon standardization work of Shanghai Data Center was practiced.It has effectively promoted the energy efficiency improvement and green and low carbon development of Shanghai data center and provided strong technical support for energy conservation and carbon reduc-tion in the information industry.Meanwhile it also provides experience and reference for the data center standard formation(revision)in the whole country and the Yangtze River Delta region and some of the results have been absorbed and adopted.
