水水热泵热水系统在高端酒店中的应用研究

Research on Water Source Heat Pump Hot Water System Application for Starred Hotel

水水(源)热泵是一种清洁高效的设备,但在实际应用中尤其是在既有建筑改造中,由于受水源地影响,导致使用率较低。以广州地区某星级酒店为例,探讨了采用高温水水热泵替换锅炉提供生活热水时,如何利用酒店空调系统的冷冻水和冷却水作为低温水热源,以此提高热泵的效率。结合实际案例数据分析后得出结论:相对冷冻水,采用冷却水作为热源,热泵机组的制热效率提高了约34.3%,同时制冷机组的制冷效率提高了约10%,因此,建议优先采用冷却水作为热泵蒸发侧热源。但冬季时,若仍将空调系统冷却水作为热源,易导致冷却水水温过低,影响制冷机正常运行,此时建议采用冷冻水作为热泵热源。

The water source heat pump is a clean and efficient equipment.However,in the actual operation process,especially in the energy saving renovation of existing buildings,due to the impact of water sources,the utilization is low.in this paper,a starred hotel in guangzhou was taken as an example.When heat pump re-placement boiler supplies domestic hot water,how to use chilled water or cooling water in order to improve the efficiency of the pump.According to the actual case data analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:com-pared with the chilled water,when the cooling water as heat source,the heating efficiency of pump is increased by about 34.3%,while the refrigeration efficiency of chillers is increased by about 10%.Therefore,it is recom-mended to preferentially use cooling water as the heat source on the evaporation side of the heat pump.How-ever,in winter,if that cooling water still as heat source,easy to cause cooling water temperature is too low.Therefore,it is recommended to use chilled water as the heat source.
