摘要
极寒或酷热等极端气候条件会使建筑实际能耗增加,关注这一现象有利于在建筑能耗管控中更合理地做好协调统筹工作。以某夏热冬冷地区机关办公建筑遭遇极寒气候年度能耗标杆值修正为例,在大样本能耗监测数据对比基础上,分析总能耗与各分项能耗关系,得出空调能耗与总能耗相关性最高,说明气候温度是该类建筑能耗强度的最重要影响因素。依据总能耗-时间拟合关系,通过对空调分项能耗的修正以调整建筑能耗标杆值。结果表明:修正后的能耗标杆值可以较好地反映极端气候对该类建筑实际用能的影响。此方法可以为机关办公建筑能耗管理中实现“定额加一定下降率”管理方法提供路径参考。
Extreme climatic conditions such as extreme cold or extreme heat will increase the actual energy consumption of buildings.Studying this issue is conducive to more reasonable coordination and overall plan-ning in building energy consumption management and control.Based on the analysis of large samples of ener-gy consumption monitoring data,the adjustment of energy consumption benchmark value of local office build-ings in extreme climate were discussed in this paper.With the help of the total energy consumption-time(monthly)fitting relationship,the air-conditioning sub-item energy consumption is revised to adjust the building energy consumption benchmark value.The results show that the revised benchmark value of energy consump-tion has higher accuracy,and this method can be used to analyze or check the actual energy intensity of build-ings.This method can provide a path reference for realizing the management method of"quota plus a certain drop rate"in the energy management of office buildings.
