摘要
为积极推动工业废水资源化利用,实现高耗水行业火力发电厂废水零排放,以某火力发电厂脱硫废水零排放改造为例,针对热缩段及干燥段不同方案进行了比选,并从技术可靠性、经济适用性及实际工程可行性等方面展开了对比分析,最终确定“尾部烟气余热浓缩+高温烟气干燥塔”工艺路线为实现脱硫废水零排放的首选工艺。
It’s important to promote the resource utilization of industrial waste-water and achieve the goal of zero-discharge of waste-water from coal-fired power plants.Taking an example of the dis-charge of desulfurization waste-water from a coal-fired power plant,we compared the schemes of heat shrinkage section and drying section.Through a contrastive analysis of technical reliability,econ-omy and feasibility,it is concluded that‘tail flue gas waste heat concentration plus high temperature flue gas drying tower’is the preferred process.
