500 kV变压器冷却器空气开关跳闸原因及对策

摘要 为解决夏季高温500 kV变压器冷却器空气开关频繁跳闸问题,对冷却器控制箱空气开关额定参数、无故障跳闸现象及现场运行环境进行了分析,得出选型与现场运行条件不匹配是跳闸的主要原因,为此,对环境因素、空气开关温度补偿、开关运行参数进行了综合考虑,以选择适用于迎峰度夏的空气开关。 In order to solve the problem of frequent tripping of the air switch of the cooler of the 500 kV transformer at high temperature in summer,the rated parameters of the air switch of the cooler control box,the phenomenon of non-fault tripping and the on-site operating environment were analyzed.It is concluded that the mismatch between the model selection and the field operating conditions is the main reason for tripping.Therefore,environmental factors,air switch temperature compensation,and switch operating parameters are comprehensively considered to select an air switch suitable for peak summer.
