摘要
介绍了某发电厂1号机组630 MW超临界汽轮机高压缸进汽喷嘴组的优化改造,并综合考虑一次调频、低负荷调门节流损失和夏季满负荷工况等因素,降低了喷嘴通流截面积,并根据改造后的喷嘴组重新进行阀门流量特性试验,优化配汽函数,有效提高了主蒸汽压力,获得了较好的节能效果,为国内大型汽轮机组喷嘴改造提供了理论依据和实践经验。
This paper analyzes and introduces the high-pressure cylinder inlet nozzle group redesign-ing and reforming of No.1630 MW supercritical steam turbine unit in Tianji Power Plant.Taking into account factors such as primary frequency regulation,low-load valve throttling loss,and summer full-load conditions,the nozzle through-flow cross-sectional area is reduced,and the valve flow char-acteristic test is carried out again according to the modified nozzle group to optimize the steam distribu-tion function.The main steam pressure is effectively increased,and good energy-saving effect is ob-tained,which provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the nozzle transformation of large-scale steam turbine units in China.
