摘要
研究表明,生命早期使用麻醉药可能造成远期学习和记忆功能损伤。全身麻醉造成的认知功能障碍可能与小胶质细胞有关。文章通过回顾小胶质细胞的发育与激活过程,结合发育期大脑特点,对小胶质细胞参与全身麻醉药物影响发育期脑功能进行总结。探究发育中大脑小胶质细胞的调节及与特定麻醉药的相互作用,对揭示全身麻醉所致发育期神经毒性有重要意义。
Recent studies have shown that the use of anesthetics in early life may cause long‑term learning and memory impair‑ment.Microglia may be involved in the cognitive impairment caused by general anesthesia.This review summarizes the development and activation process of microglia,the characteristics of the developing brain and the effects of microglia on developmental brain func‑tion.It is important to explore the regulation of microglia in the developing brain and their responses to specific anesthetics to reveal neurotoxicity induced by general anesthesia during the developmental period.
