电流密度对烧结钕铁硼电镀镍性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以烧结钕铁硼磁体为基体电沉积镍,镀液组成和工艺条件为:六水合硫酸镍340 g/L,六水合氯化镍45 g/L,硼酸45 g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)0.1 g/L,pH≈5,温度50℃。研究了电流密度对镍镀层表面形貌、结合力、磁性能和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,随电流密度升高,镍镀层的致密性改善,厚度和结合强度增大。在2.5 A/dm^(2)电流密度下电沉积30 min所得镍镀层的厚度为11μm,结合强度为19.04 MPa,耐温性和耐蚀性最好。 Nickel electroplating was conducted on sintered neodymium-iron-boron(NdFeB)magnet in a bath comprising NiSO_(4)·6H_(2)O 340 g/L,NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O 45 g/L,H_(3)BO_(3)45 g/L,and sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate(SDBS)0.1 g/L at pH≈5 and temperature 50℃.The effect of current density on the surface morphology,adhesion strength,magnetic property,and corrosion resistance of nickel coating was studied.The results showed that the nickel coating became more compact with the increasing of current density,and its thickness and adhesion strength to substrate were improved.The nickel coating electroplated at 2.5 A/dm^(2) for 30 min featured a thickness of 11μm,an adhesion strength of 19.04 MPa to substrate,and the optimal resistance to heating and corrosion.
