摘要
采用由纳米二氧化硅溶胶、水性硅烷聚合物、水性聚氨酯、氧化石墨烯、流平剂、消泡剂、去离子水等制成的新型羟基石墨烯封闭剂对经过镍盐封孔的铝合金阳极氧化膜进行处理,所得试样在中性盐雾试验1000 h内无腐蚀产物生成,耐蚀性远高于航空工业标准的要求。
A novel hydroxylated-graphene-containing sealer composed of silica sol,waterborne silane polymer,waterborne polyurethane,graphene oxide,leveling agent,defoaming agent,and deionized water was used to treat the anodic aluminum oxide film after being sealed with nickel salt.The anodized aluminum alloy specimen treated therewith had no corrosion products on its surface within 1000 h of neutral salt spray test,indicating that its corrosion resistance was much higher than the requirement of the aerospace industry standard.
