海南冬季瓜菜产销现状与发展对策

Present status and development countermeasures of fruits and vegetables in winter production and marketing in Hainan

海南蔬菜种植以冬季瓜菜为主,产值达200多亿元,占全省农林牧渔业总产值的13%,占种植业产值的26.8%,是海南农业增效、农民增收的重要产业。立足海南冬季瓜菜产销现状、发展经验与成效,针对产业结构不平衡、资源约束日趋加剧、标准化种植水平不高、产销机制不完善、产品附加值低、冬季瓜菜“空档期”缩短等问题,为用足、用好海南自由贸易港政策,保障重要农产品供给,做强做优热带特色高效农业,从培育优势品种、优化产业结构、坚持绿色发展、提高标准化生产、完善产销机制、发展加工产业、加强品牌建设,提出促进冬季瓜菜“提产量、保质量、增效益”等相关建议。

Hainan’s vegetable cultivation mainly consists of fruits and vegetables in winter,with an output value of more than 20 billion yuan,accounting for 13%of the province's total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and 26.8%of the output value of planting.It is an important industry for increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers'income in Hainan.Based on the current situation and effectiveness of fruits and vegetables in winter production and marketing in Hainan,aiming at the problems of unbalanced industrial structure,increasing resource constraints,low standardized planting level,imperfect production and marketing mechanism,low added value of products and shortening the“gap period”of fruits and vegetables in winter,in order to make full use of Hainan's free trade port policy,ensure the supply of important agricultural products,strengthen and optimize tropical characteristic and efficient agriculture,from cultivating advantageous varieties,optimizing industrial structure Adhere to green development,improve standardized production,improve production and marketing mechanism,develop processing industry,strengthen brand building,and put forward relevant suggestions to promote fruits and vegetables in winter to“increase output,ensure quality and increase efficiency”.
