护士信息素养、工作场所社会资本与创新行为的关系研究

The relationship among nurses'information literacy,workplace social capital and innovation behavior

目的了解护士创新行为、信息素养和工作场所社会资本的现状,探讨信息素养和工作场所社会资本对护士创新行为的影响。方法采用创新行为量表、信息素养量表和工作场所社会资本量表对南京市某医院的1386名护士进行调查。结果护士创新行为、信息素养及工作场所社会资本得分分别为(33.15±6.07)分、(73.16±9.37)分、(32.73±5.17)分。相关分析显示,护士创新行为与信息素养呈正相关(r=0.607,P<0.01),与工作场所社会资本呈正相关(r=0.300,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,临床护士创新行为的主要影响因素包括信息能力、信息知识、信息意识及工作场所社会资本。结论护士创新行为处于中等水平,信息素养和工作场所社会资本处于较高水平,护士信息素养和工作场所社会资本越高,创新行为水平越高,改善护士信息素养和工作场所社会资本可提高其创新行为水平。

Objective To understand the current situation of nurses'innovative behavior,information literacy and workplace social capital,and to explore the impact of information literacy and workplace social capital on innovative behavior.Methods A total of 1386 nurses in a hospital in Nanjing were investigated by using Nurse Innovation Behavior Scale,Nurse Information Literacy Scale and Workplace Social Capital Scale.Results The scores of nurses'innovative behavior,information literacy and workplace social capital were(33.15±6.07),(73.16±9.37)and(32.73±5.17)respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the innovation behaviors of nurses were positively correlated with information literacy(r=0.607,P<0.01)and workplace social capital(r=0.300,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of clinical nurses'innovative behavior included information ability,information knowledge,information awareness and workplace social capital.Conclusion The innovative behavior of nurses is in the medium level,and the information literacy and workplace social capital are in the high level.The higher nurses'information literacy and workplace social capital are,the higher the level of innovative behavior is.Improving nurses'information literacy and workplace social capital can improve their innovative behavior.
