早产儿口腔运动干预方案的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for oral motor intervention program in preterm infants

目的检索、评价并整合国内外早产儿口腔运动干预方案的最佳证据。方法计算机检索Up To Date、BMJ Best Practice、国际指南协作网、苏格兰学院间指南网、美国指南网、Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Medline、Embase、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI、万方数据知识服务平台和维普中文科技期刊数据库等关于早产儿口腔运动干预的相关证据。检索时限设为数据库建立至2021年12月31日。结果共纳入11篇文献,其中临床决策1篇、指南1篇、系统评价8篇、Meta分析1篇。从早产儿口腔运动干预的安全性和有效性、适宜对象、人员培训、干预前评估、干预方法、健康教育6个方面,总结出14项最佳证据。结论临床护理工作者可依据早产儿口腔运动干预治疗方案的最佳证据,并充分考虑科室现有条件及患儿实际情况进行口腔运动干预,促进早产儿经口喂养。

Objective To retrieve,evaluate and integrate the best evidence of oral motor intervention programs for premature infants at home and abroad.Methods Computer retrieval of Up To Date,BMJ Best Practice,International Guidelines Consortium,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,US Guidelines,Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-based Health Care Center Database,PubMed,Web of Science,Medline,Embase,CINAHL,Chinese Biomedical Literature Data,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other relevant evidence on oral motor intervention for premature infants.The literature search period was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Results A total of 11 literatures were selected,included 1 clinical decision,1 guideline,8 systematic evaluation and 1 Meta-analysis.Fourteen best evidences were summarized from six aspects-safety and effectiveness,suitable subjects,personnel training,pre-intervention evaluation,intervention methods and health education of oral motor exercise intervention for premature infants.Conclusion Clinical nurses can carry out oral motor intervention according to the best evidence of oral motor intervention treatment plan for premature infants,and fully consider the actual situation of department and newborns to promote oral feeding of premature infants.
