摘要 成仿吾作为无产阶级教育家,在民主革命时期和社会主义建设初期关于师德师风建设理论和实践探索,是党的百年教育思想的重要构成,为党的教育事业的发展做出了重要贡献。成仿吾强调坚持教书和育人、言传和身教、潜心问道和关注社会相统一,强调党对高校师德师风建设的领导。成仿吾的师德师风建设理论和实践在当代仍然具有重要的价值和意义。 As a proletarian educator,Cheng Fangwu’s exploration on the theory and practice of teacher’s morality and teacher’s style construction is an important component of the party’s hundred-year educational thought in the period of democratic revolution and socialist construction,and made an important contribution to the development of the party’s educational cause.Cheng Fangwu emphasized the unity of teaching and educating,the unity of preaching and teaching by example,the unity of asking with concentration and paying attention to society,and emphasized the leadership of the party to the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities.Cheng Fangwu’s theory and practice of teacher ethics construction still have important value and significance in contemporary society.
