摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome, ARDS)是一种高病死率的危重症,在机械通气治疗过程中保留自主呼吸与应用神经肌肉接头阻滞剂的选择尚存在争议。文章对ARDS治疗中保留自主呼吸与使用神经肌肉接头阻滞剂的相关临床研究进展、利弊、潜在机制进行综述,旨在加深对于ARDS患者机械通气过程中保留自主呼吸或使用神经肌肉接头阻滞剂的认识,为临床决策提供建议。 Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a critical disease with high mortality.The choice of maintaining spontaneous breathing or using neuromuscular blocking agents is remaining controversial during mechanical ventilation.This article reviews the clinical research and progress,advantages and disadvantages,and potential mechanism of these two options in the treatment of ARDS,so as to deepen the understanding of maintaining spontaneous breathing and using neuromuscular blocking agents for ARDS patients during mechanical ventilation and provide suggestions for clinical decision.
