摘要
为了解预防医学本科生科研能力的培养现状,文章基于对首都医科大学公共卫生学院预防医学专业本科生开展的问卷调查和访谈询问,从参与科研锻炼情况、科研能力自我评价及科研能力培养诉求三个维度掌握了本科生的科研能力现状,从内因和外因两个层面分析了预防医学本科生科研能力培养的症结及问题所在。最后,文章从强化科研能力培养认知,设置与科研能力培养课程,强化资金支持和制度保障以及搭建多元化科研能力培养平台等四方面有针对性地提出对策建议。
To study the current situation of scientific research ability in the undergraduates of preventive medicine, the authors conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews, which consist of three parts: participation in scientific research, self-evaluation of scientific research ability, and expectations for the cultivation of scientific research ability. Then, the authors identified internal and external causes that contributed to the crux and problems of scientific research ability cultivation. Finally, suggestions were offered in four aspects: raising the awareness, setting up related courses, providing financial support and institutional guarantee, and building a diversified platform for the cultivation of scientific research ability.
