摘要
基础医学是医学的一个重要分支,是联系基础研究与临床转化的关键纽带,是以质量为核心的医学教育的重要基石。培养和增强基础医学人才的职业胜任能力是当下创新医学教育的重点与核心,但是现阶段我国基础医学专业的教学模式仍然处于初级探索阶段。文献阅读能力的提升对加强基础医学专业的人才科研素养以及实现基础科技创新人才战略至关重要。开展学生主动参与和教师辅助指导相结合的以探究为基础(research-basedlearning,RBL)教学模式能够促进师生互相促进、教学相长。文章从南京医科大学多年积累的医学文献导读的教学体系以及经验出发,详细分享了RBL贯穿文献导读与讨论这一教学模式的实施策略、经验与反馈,为我国的基础医学专业本科生创新教育的培养提供借鉴。
As an important branch of medicine,basic medicine is akey link connecting basic research and clinical translation,and also an important cornerstone of medical education.Current innovative medical education focuses on cultivating and enhancing the professional competence in basic medical talents;however,the traditional teaching mode in the specialty of the basic medicine fails to meet the demand.The literature reading ability helps to improve the scientific research literacy,which is vital to realizing the talent strategy of basic science and technology innovation.The research-based learning(RBL)teaching mode encourages autonomous learning instudents and scaffolding from teachers,which can promote teaching and learning simultaneously.Based on years of teaching practice of medical literature guide and discussion,the authors shared their strategies of implementing RBL mode,experience gained,and feedback from the students,providing a reference for the innovative education of basic medicine in China.
