动物福利原则下的混合式生理学实验教学改革 被引量:2

摘要 动物生理学实验课在生物学、医学相关专业的课程体系中有重要的桥梁作用。动物实验技术和方法的训练对学生今后从事科研和临床有重要帮助,也能充分巩固理论课知识。多人协作实验也能培养团队精神并增强自信。兰州大学动物生理学实验课经过多年混合式教学,实验基于动物福利3R原则设计,通过具体的年度实验模块展示及单次实验内容设计,与同行交流基于动物福利原则下的实验改革方案。实验设计中直接应用3R原则能够引导学生树立科学实验观,在一流人才的综合素质和创新能力的培养中发挥巨大作用。 The experimental course of animal physiology plays an important role in the curriculum system of specialties related to biology and medical science, because the training of animal experimental techniques can not only help students to consolidate the knowledge from theoretical courses, but also prepare them for future scientific research and clinical practice. The cooperative experiments could cultivate team spirit and enhance self-confidence in students. The blended teaching mode has been adopted in the experimental course of animal physiology for years, and the experiments have been designed based on 3 R principle of animal welfare. The authors shared the designs of individual experiments and conducted the presentation of annual experimental module to exchange with the colleagues the experimental reform based on the principle of animal welfare. The application of 3 R principle in designing experiments can help the students establish a scientific attitude, and cultivate their comprehensive qualities and innovation ability.
