摘要
开放实验是西安交通大学医学部于2008年启动的教学改革项目,旨在培养医学本科生的基本科研能力。医学节肢动物研究团队作为践行者,经过十余年在病原生物学学科的探索与实践,建立了一套比较系统和规范的培养体系。经培训,学生不仅熟悉了科研基本流程和相关专业理论知识,掌握了医学节肢动物分子鉴定技术及数据分析方法,而且科研兴趣、专业英语水平、沟通能力与实验动手能力普遍得到提升。实践表明,开放实验是培养医学本科生基本科研素养的有效途径。
Open experimental project has been launched since 2008 by Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Science Center, and this teaching reform project aims to cultivate the scientific research ability in medical undergraduates. After a dozen years of exploration in pathogenic biology, the arthropod research team has established a relatively systematic and normative training system. After training, the students have become familiar with the basic process of scientific research and relevant theoretical knowledge, mastered molecular identification techniques of medical arthropod and methods of data analysis, significantly improved their scientific research interest, professional English level, communication skills, and hands-on experimental ability. The results showed that open experiment is an effective way to cultivate scientific literacy in medical undergraduates.
