胃康合剂联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果

Effect of Weikang Mixture Combined with Western Medicine on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的观察胃康合剂对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效,及其对胃肠激素和血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取驻马店市中医院收治的100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,根据治疗方法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组接受奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素分散片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胃康合剂,两组均治疗1个月,对比两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、Hp根除率、胃肠激素和血清炎症因子水平及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率(82.00%)高于对照组(62.00%)(P<0.05);观察组胃肠激素和血清炎症因子水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃康合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果确切,可提高患者临床疗效,缓解临床症状,并可提高Hp根除率,改善患者胃肠激素和血清炎症因子水平,安全可靠,优于单纯常规西药治疗方案。

Objective To observe the effect of Weikang mixture combined with western medicine on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic atrophic gastritis,and the effect of the level of gastrointestinal hormones and serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the diagnosis and treatment.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin dispersible tablets.The observation group was treated with Weikang mixture on the basis of the control group,the two groups were treated for 1 months.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,Hp eradication rate,gastrointestinal hormone and serum inflammatory factor levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate of the observation group(82.00%)was higher than that of the control group(62.00%)(P<0.05).The improvement of the level of gastrointestinal hormones and serum inflammatory factors of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weikang mixture has definite curative effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,it can improve clinical curative effect,relieve clinical symptoms,increase Hp eradication rate,improve the level of gastrointestinal hormone and serum inflammatory factor of patients,it is safe and reliable,and is superior to the conventional western medicine treatment.
