摘要
为解决自然资源调查监测工作中存在的标准不统一、信息不共享、结果矛盾,以及原有土地、矿产、森林等资源调查监测信息系统整合统一等问题,提出了利用地理信息系统(GIS)、云计算、大数据等先进技术,结合现流行的微服务技术框架,构建一套数据完善、应用全面、管理精细以及智慧服务的自然资源调查监测系统的方法。本文详细阐述了系统建设的内容、框架设计、数据库设计、功能实现以及关键技术,为其他城市开展类似工作提供借鉴作用。
In order to solve the problems existed in the investigation and monitoring of natural resources,such as the disunity of standards,information sharing,contradiction of results,and the integration difficulties of the original land,mineral,forest and other resources investigation and monitoring information system.With advanced technologies such as geographic information system(GIS),cloud computing,big data,and the popular micro-service technology framework,a method of constructing a natural resource survey and monitoring system with perfect data,comprehensive application,fine management and intelligent service were proposed,in this paper.The content of system construction,framework design,database design,function realization and key technology were described in detail,providing reference for other cities to carry out similar work.
