在国土空间规划和“放管服”改革的大背景下,规划建设管理工作受到政府的高度重视,如何实现规划建设全周期管理是规划管理工作的重要一环。文本利用地理信息系统(GIS)、云计算、移动互联等先进技术,借助“一张图”建设思路,实现国土空间规划编制成果、工程建设项目以及招商引资项目直观显示、查询和统计分析,各种建设项目从规划研究、编制、审批、落地、施工到验收竣工全周期管理以及违法建设管理,提高了规划建设项目精细化、科学化和信息化管理水平。

In the context of the reform of territorial space planning and the reform of"delegating power,delegating power,delegating power and improving services",the government attaches great importance to the management of planning and construction.How to realize the full cycle management of planning and construction is an important part of the planning and management work.Using advanced technology such as geographic information system(GIS),cloud computing,mobile Internet and the"One Map"construction requirements,it was achieved that the national spatial planning achievements,engineering construction projects and the investment promotion and capital introduction visual display,query and statistic analysis of all kinds of construction project from planning research,compilation,examination and approval,fall to the ground,construction acceptance to the completion of the cycle management,as well as illegal construction management.The level of detailed,scientific and information-based management of planning and construction projects has been improved.
