数字孪生技术在输变电设备中的应用前景与关键技术 被引量:25

摘要 数字孪生技术是实现输变电设备全生命周期数字化、智能化管理的关键技术。为加速其在输变电设备行业的落地应用,首先分析了输变电设备数字孪生的构建过程、内涵及特征;其次在能源互联网数字孪生模型的基础上,结合设备设计、制造及运维等实际需求,提出了输变电设备数字孪生系统架构,并以变压器为例,给出了其数字孪生体的实现构想,为输变电设备数字孪生的实现提供了可行的思路;之后从数字孪生的构建过程出发,详细地阐述了输变电设备数字孪生实现过程中所涉及的关键技术;最后对数字孪生技术在输变电设备全生命周期各环节中的应用前景展开分析,阐述了包括标准制定、模型融合、数据挖掘等方面在内的未来重点研究内容,探究了其实现面临的来自平台、传感、共享等方面的挑战,展望了该技术给输变电设备设计制造、供需市场等行业带来的变革。 Digital twin technology is the key technology to the digital and smart management of power transmission and transformation equipment throughout its service life.In order to speed up its application in the power transmission and transformation equipment industry,firstly,this paper analyzes the construction process,connotation and characteristics of the digital twin of power transmission and transformation equipment.Secondly,based on the energy internet digital twin model and the actual requirements of equipment design,manufacture,and operation,this paper proposes a digital twin system architecture of power transmission and transformation equipment.At the same time,the transformer is taken as an example,and the realization conception of digital twin of transformer is given,which provides a feasible way for the realization of digital twin of power transmission and transformation equipment.Then,starting from the construction process of digital twin,this paper describes the key technologies involved in the realization of the digital twin of power transmission and transformation equipment.At last,the application prospect of digital twin in the whole life cycle of power transmission and transformation equipment is analyzed,at the same time,the future key research contents including standard formulation,model fusion and data mining are expounded.Moreover,this paper explores the challenges faced by its implementation from platform,sensing and sharing,and looks forward to the changes brought by this technology to power transmission and transformation equipment design and manufacturing,supply and demand market and other industries.
