摘要
与主线路中的断路器不同,换流站交流侧的滤波器断路器需要随着系统运行方式及日常负荷的变化而频繁投切,因此断路器性能下降很快,事故频繁发生。为提高750 kV交流滤波器断路器的运行可靠性,以±800 kV换流站750 kV交流侧滤波器断路器合闸时事故频发为工程背景,利用PSCAD/EMTDC对不同滤波器组合闸过程中所产生的合闸涌流、合闸过电压、合闸电阻所能吸收的最大热量进行了仿真计算,研究了合闸电阻阻值和合闸相角对合闸暂态的影响规律。结果表明:对于随机合闸而言,最优的合闸电阻阻值为400?;若配合选相合闸装置,则应选择1500?的合闸电阻,此时BP11/BP13、HP24/36和SC 3种滤波器的最佳合闸相角为126°,HP3的最佳合闸相角为150°。
Different from the usual circuit breakers,the AC filter breakers in convertor station need frequently switching according to the variations of system operation modes and daily loads.Therefore,the performance of the filter breakers may quickly decrease,which leads to frequent accidents.To improve the operational reliability of 750 kV AC filter circuit breaker,the peak of the inrush current and overvoltage and the maximum energy absorption of the closing resistor were calculated by using the PSCAD/EMTDC,meanwhile,the accidents which occurred frequently when the 750 kV AC filter breaker of a±800 kV converter station was closed were taken as an engineering background.Besides,the influence of the resistance value of closing resistors and closing phase angle on switching transients were studied.The results show that the optimal value of the closing resistor is 400?for random closing;however,for breakers equipped phase selection closing device,a 1500?closing resistor is a better choice,and the best closing phase angle of BP11/BP13,HP24/36 and SC filters is 126°,and that of the HP3 is 150°.
