面向电-热综合能源系统的双层抗差状态估计方法

摘要 随着电力系统向综合能源系统发展,传统的能量管理系统也需应用于综合能源系统。作为能量管理系统的核心,状态估计是分析系统运行状态必不可少的一部分,是实现优化调度等功能的基础。为此,提出一种面向电–热综合能源系统的双层抗差状态估计方法,在第1层状态估计中,通过引入辅助变量,构建基于二阶锥的电力系统与水力网络的抗差状态估计模型;在第2层状态估计中,应用第1层状态估计得到的量测估计值,建立考虑节点温度约束的热力网络的抗差状态估计模型。以巴厘岛32节点热力系统与IEEE 14节点电力系统的耦合系统为算例,测试并验证了所提模型具有良好的估计性能与抗差能力,且双层估计的策略显著提高了热力网络部分的估计精度。 With the development in electricity system to an integrated energy system,the traditional energy management system is also expected to be developed and applied to the integrated energy system.As the core of the energy management system,state estimation is an essential part of analyzing the operation state of system,and is the basis for realizing functions such as optimal scheduling.Therefore,a two-level robust state estimation method for the integrated electricity-heat system was proposed.In the first-level state estimation,the robust state estimation model of the electricity and hydraulic networks based on the second-order cone constraints was constructed by introducing auxiliary variables.In the second-level state estimation,the estimated measurement values obtained by the first-level state estimation were used to establish a robust state estimation model of the thermal network after the nodes’temperature constraints are taken into consideration.The case study consists of the 32-node heat system in Barry Island and the IEEE 14-node power system.The results show that the proposed method has good estimation accuracy and robustness,and the two-level estimation strategy significantly improves the estimation in the thermal network.
