福建省中学师资均衡配置问题及对策

摘要 促进中学师资均衡配置是基础教育改革的重点。现阶段,福建省中学教师资源配置存在教师整体紧缺、部分学科专任教师性别比失衡、骨干教师持续流向城区、乡村专任教师不断减少等问题。可以从拓宽师资补充渠道,加强职前培养,完善经费保障机制,加快乡村经济振兴,促进城乡和校际师资交流等方面加进改进。 Promoting the balanced allocation of middle school teachers is the focus of basic education reform. There are problems such as the overall shortage of teachers in the allocation of middle school teachers in Fujian Province, the imbalance of the gender ratio of full-time teachers in some disciplines, the continuous flow of key teachers into urban areas, and the continuous reduction of full-time teachers in rural areas. Improvements can be made in terms of broadening the channels for replenishment of teachers, strengthening pre-employment training, improving funding guarantee mechanisms, accelerating rural economic revitalization, and promoting urban-rural and inter-school teacher exchanges.
