摘要
以玉米秸秆纤维素为主要原材料制备纤维素基水凝胶,探讨制得的水凝胶在水、盐溶液和不同pH值条件下的溶胀性能。以N-N′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)作为引发剂、过硫酸铵(APS)作为交联剂、在浓磷酸为介质的条件下,使丙烯酸(AA)与纤维素进行聚合生成水凝胶。水为溶胀介质1号和9号水凝胶在50℃溶胀性能好;NaCl和CaCl_(2)盐溶液溶胀介质50℃,9号水凝胶的溶胀性能最好;pH值为3和12时水凝胶的溶胀性能好。
Cellulose-based hydrogels were prepared using corn stover cellulose as the main raw material in order to study the swelling properties of the prepared hydrogels under water,salt solutions and different pH values.Using N-N′methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as the initiator and ammonium persulfate(APS)as the crosslinking agent,acrylic acid(AA)is polymerized with cellulose to form a hydrogel under the condition of concentrated phosphoric acid as the medium.When using water as the swelling medium,the hydrogels No.1 and No.9 have good swelling performance at 50℃.When using NaCl and CaCl_(2) as salt solutions,respectively,the swelling performance of no.9 hydrogels is the best under the same ionic strength conditions and under the reaction condition of 50℃.The swelling properties of hydrogels are good at pH 3 and 12.
