摘要
随着国家对于生态文明和美丽中国的建设不断推进,旅游业迅速发展,风景名胜区拥有丰富自然景观和人文景观,极大满足了人民对于文化旅游的需求,发展的同时,人们对风景名胜区的要求日益提高,景观资源的保护与利用也面临着挑战,景区急需转型。文章以黄河风景名胜区为例,采用内容分析法、语义分析法以及ROST CM等软件,通过携程网、马蜂窝、去哪儿等旅游网站获取的网络评论数据,分析黄河风景名胜区使用状况及存在问题,对该景区的使用后评价(POE)进行了研究,为日后建设与发展提供思路。据此提出以下几点建议丰富自然景观、提升基础设施建设、调整经营管理服务。
With the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China,tourism industry has developed rapidly,while the scenic spot has both rich natural landscape and human landscape.This greatly satisfy the people's demand for cultural tourism.At the same time,the higher requirements of scenic spot,landscape resources protection and utilization also face challenges,increasing the need for transformation of the scenic spots.This paper takes Yellow River scenic area as an example to conduct content analysis and semantic analysis by using ROST CM software.By analyzing data fromonline travel platforms including Ctrip,Mafengwo and Qunar,the paper analyzed current status and existing problems of the Yellow River scenic area to study the post occupancy evaluations.It provides ideas for construction and development in the future,putting forward suggestions such as to enrich the natural landscape,improve the infrastructure construction,adjust the management service.
