《卫生宝鉴》中治疗脾胃病方剂用药规律

Medication rule of prescriptions for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Precious Mirror of Health

目的:基于数据挖掘分析《卫生宝鉴》中治疗脾胃病方剂的用药规律。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)V2.5,采用频次统计、关联规则和聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,对《卫生宝鉴》中所载脾胃病的用药规律进行分析。结果:共收集处方151首,中药168味。频次≥17次的中药有21味,排前5位的依次是陈皮、白术、炙甘草、木香、干姜;温性中药使用频次最高,其次是寒性、平性中药;辛味药出现最多,其次是苦味、甘味药;排前5位的中药归经依次是脾、胃、肺、大肠、心经;频次≥14次的中药组合24个,对药物组合进行关联规则分析得到中药组合17个;聚类分析得到新方聚类的中药组合5组,对应新方组合5组。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台分析得出,《卫生宝鉴》中所载治疗脾胃病的处方注重甘辛温补、健脾消滞,慎用苦寒药,该研究结果可为临床治疗脾胃病开发新药物提供一定的参考。

Objective: To investigate the medication rule of prescriptions for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Precious Mirror of Health.Methods: Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS) V2.5,data mining methods such as frequency statistics, association rule, and cluster analysis were used to analyze the medication rule of the spleen and stomach diseases in Precious Mirror of Health.Results: A total of 151 prescriptions and 168 traditional Chinese medicine drugs were collected.There were 21 traditional Chinese medicine drugs with a frequency of ≥17,and the top 5 drugs were tangerine peel, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Saussurea costus, and dried ginger.Traditional Chinese medicine drugs of warm nature had the highest frequency, followed by those of cold and mild nature.The drugs of pungent flavor had the highest frequency, followed by those of bitter and sweet flavor.As for meridian entry, most drugs acted on the spleen, stomach, lung, large intestine, and heart meridians.There were 24 traditional Chinese medicine drug combinations with a frequency of ≥14,and the association rule analysis of drug combinations obtained 17 drug combinations.Cluster analysis obtained 5 traditional Chinese medicine combinations based on the new prescriptions, corresponding to 5 combinations of new prescriptions.Conclusion: TCMISS analysis shows that the prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases in Precious Mirror of Health focus on warm tonification with sweet and pungent drugs, with cautions in the application of bitter and cold drugs.The results of this study provide a certain reference for the development of new drugs for spleen and stomach diseases.
