清末学者顾曾烜生平著述与在陕政绩考述

Textual Research on the Writing Compilation of Life Story and Administration Achievement of Gu Zengxuan in Qing Dynasty

顾曾烜是清末文人型官吏,在江苏南通及陕西均有过较大影响。他一生勤于著述,为官前后,著有《光绪泰兴县志》等史志,《华原风土词》《方宧售世文》《方宧酬世文》等诗文集。步入仕途后,其仕宦生涯的全部时光都在三秦大地度过,从宜君县令,到耀州知州、醴泉知县,官终郃阳县令。为官十余年间,平政理讼,救灾赈饥,注重民生、兴学重教、讲学传艺,在改善民生、改良民俗、培育人才、文化教育等方面做出了重要的贡献。

Gu Zengxuan was a scholar official in late Qing Dynasty.He enjoyed great popularity in Nantong of Jiangsu and Shaanxi.He was diligent in writing.Before and after the administration career,he wrote annals such as Taixing Annals in Reign of Guangxu and poetry anthologies such as Folks of Huayuan.He spent all his official career in Shaanxi,where he served as magistrate in Yijun,Yaozhou,Liquan and Heyang.In his decade administration year,he had made great efforts in regulation,relief to victims of disasters and famine,emphasis on people’s livelihood,priority to education and artistic lectures,which had greatly improved people’s livelihood,bettered folk customs,cultivated talents and promoted culture and education.
