Blockchain-Based Chinese Storytelling Communication in the New Globalization Era:Technology Empowerment and Paradigm Innovation

在新全球化时代,利用新技术、新手段讲好中国故事是加强我国国际传播能力建设、提升中国文化软实力和国家形象的重要任务,是新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设的必然要求。区块链在多元场景的技术赋能为讲好中国故事提供了范式创新的方式。在区块链技术驱动下,中国故事的传播范式建构依循创意—生产—传播—消费的故事全生态逻辑:一是在创意端设置公有链和联盟链,构建共生范式,凝聚多元主体智慧,保障故事创意供给;二是在生产端铺设分布式网络,生成协作范式,整合多方主体资源,达成分布式故事协作;三是在传播端利用区块链开放交互的特性,打造故事出海范式,推动中国故事走出国门,在与受众的互动中实现精准传播;四是在消费端优化数字凭证,建立权益实现范式,保障创意主体的版权权益,激励中国故事传播者和消费者参与价值贡献。在构建基于区块链讲好中国故事范式的同时,整合技术自治和政府监管,探索内外部治理互动的“合规”语境下的范式优化进路同样是至关重要的。

In the new globalization era,using new technology and new means to tell the Chinese and stories well is a significant task for strengthening China’s international communication capacity and enhancing China’s cultural soft power and national image,and is an inevitable requirement for the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The technological empowerment of blockchain in multiple scenarios has drawn a blueprint for paradigm innovation for telling Chinese stories well.Following the whole ecological logic of the tale of creativity-production-dissemination-consumption,good Chinese storytelling driven by blockchain technology focuses on paradigm construction:on the creation side,the public chain and alliance chain are set up to build a symbiotic paradigm,unite the wisdom of multiple subjects,and guarantee the supply of story creativity;on the production side,a distributed network is laid to generate a collaboration paradigm,integrate resources of multiple subjects,and achieve distributed storytelling collaboration;on the dissemination side,taking the advantage of the open and interactive features of the blockchain,a paradigm of stories going to sea is created to promote Chinese stories to go abroad and realize the accurate dissemination in the interaction with audiences;on the consumption side,digital credentials are optimized to establish a paradigm of equity realization,protect the copyright rights of creative subjects,and motivate Chinese storytellers and consumers to participate in value contributions.While building a blockchain-based paradigm for telling the Chinese stories well,it is also urgent to integrate technological autonomy and government regulation,and explore the optimization approach of the paradigm in the context of“compliance”with the interaction of internal and external governance.
