摘要
运用松弛的全局曼奎斯特-卢恩伯格指数表征了中国低碳全要素生产率,并对其进行了分解。研究发现:目前东部低碳全要素生产率的提升远好于中部、西部和东北地区;低碳全要素生产率呈现了以低碳技术为驱动力的良好局面。“十四五”应利用东部地区优势进行先行先试,给予优惠政策,促进低碳技术的创新和进步,使其率先实现“碳达峰”,引领全国经济社会的低碳转型,实现“碳中和”。
The low carbon total factor productivity of China is characterized and decomposed by using the flabby global Manquist-Lunenberg index.It is found that the improvement of low-carbon total factor productivity in the eastern region is much better than that of the central,western and northeastern regions;low-carbon total factor productivity presents a good situation driven by low-carbon technology.The“14th Five-year Plan”should make use of the advantages of the eastern region to take the lead in the trial,giving preferential policies to promote the innovation and progress of low-carbon technology,make it the first to achieve“carbon peak”,lead the low-carbon transformation of the national economy and society,and achieve“carbon neutrality”.
