摘要
肉苁蓉是我国传统的名贵中药材之一,2020年被列为药食同源试点物质,具有极高的保健和药用价值。肉苁蓉含有丰富的营养成分和生物活性成分,具有调节免疫力、抗氧化、抗衰老等多种功效。文章系统归纳了肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷类、木脂素类、环烯醚萜类、糖类及其衍生物等生物活性成分的具体化合物,并结合免疫系统,对不同种类生物活性成分的免疫功效进行了系统总结,期望为深入研究肉苁蓉的免疫功效提供参考。
Cistanche is one of the traditional and valuable Chinese herbs in China and was listed as a pilot substance for medicinal food in 2020,with high health and medicinal value.Cistanche is rich in nutrients and bioactive components,and has various effects,such as improving immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,etc.This paper systematically summarizes the specific compounds of bioactive components in Cistanche,including phenethyl glycosides,lignans,cyclic enol ether terpenoids,sugars and their derivatives,etc.Besides,combined with the immune system,the immune efficacy of different types of bioactive components was systematically summarized,hoping to provide a reference for in-depth research on the immune efficacy of Cistanche.
