摘要 随着畜禽养殖业的迅速发展,在畜禽屠宰和肉类加工过程中产生了大量的畜禽副产物,因此,需要对这些畜禽副产物进行合理的开发和利用,以便有效提高畜禽屠宰加工企业的经济收益,避免环境污染和资源浪费,提升畜禽副产物循环经济的建设,从而形成绿色健康的可持续发展态势。文章主要介绍了畜禽副产物在食品工业、化工生产、医药工业、生物燃料以及动物食品领域的应用,并对其发展前景进行了分析和展望,旨在为更好地开发和利用畜禽副产物资源提供参考。 With the rapid development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry,a large number of livestock and poultry by-products have been produced during the slaughtering and meat processing of livestock and poultry.Therefore,these livestock and poultry by-products need to be reasonably developed and utilized in order to effectively increase the economic benefits of livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing enterprises,avoid environmental pollution and resource waste,and enhance the construction of a circular economy for livestock and poultry by-products,thereby forming a green,healthy and sustainable development situation.This paper mainly introduces the application of livestock and poultry by-products in food industry,chemical production,pharmaceutical industry,biofuels and animal food,and analyzes and prospects its development prospect,in order to provide reference for better development and utilization of livestock and poultry by-products resources.
