新时代高校归国留学人员统战工作对策研究--基于驻青(岛)高校的调研分析

On the Countermeasures of the United Front Work of Returned Overseas University Students in the New Era:Survey and Analysis Based on Universities in Qingdao

作为社会主义现代化建设的一支重要力量,归国留学人员已成为高校统战工作的新的着力点。如何通过统战工作使归国留学人员更好地为国家服务是高校统战工作的重点。研究采用定量和定性研究相结合的方式,通过对中国海洋大学、青岛大学等驻青(岛)高校的归国留学人员进行问卷调查和追踪访谈,运用现代数据分析方法,揭示了新时代高校归国留学人员统战工作存在的问题及面临的挑战,进而提出了优化高校归国留学人员统战工作的对策。

As an important force of socialist modernization,returnees have become a new focus of the united front work in universities.How to make the returned students serve the country better through the united front work is the focus of the united front work in colleges and universities.The research adopts the method of the combination of quantitative and qualitative research.Through the questionnaire survey and the follow-up interviews of the returned overseas students from Ocean University of China,Qingdao University and other universities in Qingdao,and by using modern data analysis method,this paper reveals the problems and challenges in the united front work of returned overseas students in universities in the new era,and then puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the united front work of returned overseas students.
