促进教学质量发展的新式教评体系研究--将过程性教评融入终结性教评体系

摘要 学生教评是提升教师教学水平、促进教育教学质量发展的有效途径。完善的教评体系能够有效地实现学生主体和教师客体双方的强化,促进教学质量的发展。在了解国内高校学生教评实施背景的前提下,以国内部分高校所实施的基于网络平台的终结性教评体系为对象,对其现状、存在的局限及其产生的原因进行了分析,并在此基础上对过程性评价与终结性评价相结合的新式教评体系进行了研究,以便更好地满足其对教育教学质量提升的要求,以增强教育教评对教学质量发展的促进作用。 Student assessment is an effective way to improve teachers’teaching level and promote the development of education and teaching quality.A perfect teaching evaluation system can effectively strengthen both students’subjectivity and teachers’objectivity,and promote the development of teaching quality.Under the premise of understanding the implementation background of domestic college students’teaching evaluation,this paper analyzes the current situation,the existing limitations and the causes of the summative teaching evaluation system based on the network platform adopted by some domestic colleges and universities.On this basis,the new teaching evaluation system combining process evaluation and summative evaluation is studied,in order to better meet the requirements of improving the quality of education and teaching,and to enhance the role of education and teaching evaluation in promoting teaching quality.
