摘要
高职院校行政管理专业存在实践教学与地方脱嵌、实践教学与理论脱节、实践基地与地方缺乏联动等问题。地化教育理念强调将地方素材融入教学,强调从学生体验出发建构知识。借助这一理念,行政管理专业应革新教育理念,增强在地化的实践情境体验;融入地方元素,创新实践课的内容;优化实践课结构设计,满足不同层次学生的需求;以实践基地为纽带,打造校地融合的实践教学命运共同体;完善学生、教师、实践单位多方参与的实践教学效果评价机制;拓宽师资渠道,加强师资培训,培养复合型应用型师资队伍,推进校地融合的行政管理专业实践教学的良好有序运行。
There are some problems in the public administration majors of higher vocational colleges,such as the disconnection between practice teaching and local needs,the disconnection between practice teaching and theory,and the lack of linkage between practice bases and local needs.The idea of localization education emphasizes the integration of local materials into teaching and the construction of knowledge starting from students’experience.Based on this idea,the public administration major should reform the educational idea and enhance the experience of local practice situation,integrate local elements into the teaching and innovate the content of practice class,optimize the structure design of practice courses to meet the needs of students at different levels,build a school-local integrated practice teaching community of shared destiny by taking practice bases as the link,improve the evaluation mechanism of practice teaching effect with the participation of students,teachers and practice working organizations,broaden the channels for taking in more teachers,strengthen teacher training,cultivate more compound applied teachers,and promote the good and orderly operation of the practice teaching of the public administration major of school-local needs integration.
