高校线上教学质量监控与保障体系探究

Research on Online Teaching Quality Control and Guarantee System in Colleges and Universities

伴随着信息技术的飞速发展,高校积极开展线上教学工作,并致力于实现线上教学与线下教学二者间的有机融合,切实改善了线上教学的工作实效。然而,当前的高校线上教学还存在诸多问题,需要高校积极构建线上教学质量监控与保障体系,以此确保线上教学工作的质量与效率。以高校线上教学质量监控与保障体系作为研究对象,首先细致论述当前线上教学工作的难点,包括观念保守、线上技能不足、线上教学质量监控难度增大等,继而提出两条线上教学质量监控与保障体系构建策略,具体包括转变教育观念与强化治理能力,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。

With the rapid development of information technology,colleges and universities actively carry out online teaching,and are committed to realizing the organic integration of online teaching and offline teaching,which has effectively improved the effectiveness of online teaching.However,there are still many problems in the current online teaching in colleges and universities.It is necessary for colleges and universities to actively build online teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system to ensure the quality and efficiency of online teaching.Taking the online teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system as the research object,this paper firstly discusses the current online teaching difficulties,including the conservation of concept,the lack of online teaching skills,the increased difficulty in online teaching quality monitoring,etc.Then it puts forward two strategies about the online teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system construction,including changing the concept of education and strengthening the management ability,in order to provide a useful reference for the related educators.
