联教联训岗位实践中的课程思政教学探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 联教联训是新时代军事教育的重大举措,其中岗位任职实践锻炼是联教联训的重要环节。新型军事人才培养将思想政治建设摆在首位,遵循任职教育和人才成长规律,全面推进全教育过程的课程思政建设。结合国防科技大学某专业岗位任职实践,对实践过程中的课程思政教学进行了探索,挖掘任职岗位及单位周边的课程思政元素,与实践锻炼任务有机融合。通过实践岗位进行职责使命教育,由部队单位专家和校友的事迹引导个人军事职业规划,参观见学开展红色教育,并对有益的思想政治探索与实践进行总结和思考。 Joint education and training is a major measure of military education in the new era,in which post practice is an important link of joint education and training.The cultivation of the new military talents puts the ideological and political construction in the first place,follows the laws of the post education and the talent growth,and comprehensively promotes the“curriculum ideological and political education”construction in the whole process of education.Combined with the post practice of a specific major of the National University of Defense Technology,this paper explores the“curriculum ideological and political education”in the practice process,excavates the ideological and political elements in the post and surrounding posts,and organically integrates them with the practical training task.We carry out responsibility and mission education through post practice,guide the students to plan their military career by following the examples of military experts and alumni,carry out education on the history of revolution by visiting and learning.Finally,we summarize the above beneficial exploration and practice of ideological and political education.
