摘要 实习医生操作腹腔镜手术前需要经过大量的模拟训练,经由经验丰富的外科专家对实习医生的腹腔镜手术水平进行考核,导致专家需要花费大量时间参与指导与考核工作,并且专家定性考核的过程具有较大的主观性。因此,设计了一套腹腔镜手术手眼协调模拟训练装置,通过规范操作过程与图像识别技术,能够智能识别并量化实习医生手眼协调训练的任务完成情况,代替专家的主观考核过程。该装置通过实验室测试与医院规培中心测试,操作过程规范合理,实验结果准确可靠,证明了装置的可行性与实用性,能够在临床培训过程中节约大量专家资源。 Interns need to go through a lot of simulation training before operating laparoscopic surgery.The experienced surgical experts assess the level of laparoscopic surgery of interns,which leads experts to spend a lot of time participating in the guidance and assessment,and the process of expert qualitative assessment is subjective.Therefore,this paper designs a set of hand-eye coordination simulation training device for laparoscopic surgery,which can intelligently identify and quantify the task completion of hand-eye coordination training for interns by standardizing the operation process and image recognition technology,and instead of the subjective assessment process of experts.The device has been tested by the laboratory and the hospital regulatory training center.The operating process of the device is standardized and reasonable,and the experimental results are accurate and reliable,which proves the feasibility and practicability of the device and saves a lot of expert resources in the clinical training process.
