摘要
基于OpenMV视觉模块和西门子S7-1500 PLC,设计了一种基于机器视觉的智能物料分拣系统。其中,OpenMV通过图像采集,提取待分拣物料特征并进行信息分类处理,将处理数据传输给S7-1500 PLC主控,PLC负责物料分拣过程控制、参数设置以及和HMI界面的数据交互,实现对不同类别物料的分拣。
In this paper,an intelligent material sorting system based on machine vision is designed and realized by OpenMV vision module and Siemens S7-1500 PLC.The OpenMV extracts the characteristics of the sorting materials and classifies the information by image acquisition,and then transmits the processed data to S7-1500 PLC controller,the PLC is responsible for material sorting process control,parameter setting and data interaction with HMI interface to realize the sorting of different types of materials.
