基于STM32的水产品甲醛含量检测系统设计

摘要 针对食品安全领域的需求,目前市场上的仪器存在价格昂贵、没有专门检测水发产品甲醛设备等问题,设计了一种以STM32F107VCT6芯片作为主控制器,使用乙酰丙酮为显色剂,基于分光光度原理的水发产品甲醛检测仪器。设计了各个硬件功能模块,提出了电路设计方案,给出外围电路电子元件选型。采用DGUS屏实现人机交互,可显示甲醛溶液的吸光度和浓度,数据显示更加直观。 In view of the demand in the field of food safety,the instruments on the market are expensive and there is no special equipment for detecting formaldehyde in aquatic products.In this paper,a formaldehyde detection instrument for aquatic products based on spectrophotometric principle is designed with STM32F107VCT6 chip as the main controller and acetylacetone as the color developer.Each hardware function module is designed,the circuit design scheme is proposed,and the selection of peripheral circuit electronic components is given.DGUS screen is used to realize human-computer interaction,which can display the absorbance and concentration of formaldehyde solution,and the data display is more intuitive.
