摘要
针对目前直流有刷电机在多个领域的广泛应用,设计了一种成本低廉、性能稳定、响应速度极快的驱动电路。在对直流有刷电机的转动原理与相关参数进行分析研究后,确定了驱动电路由主控单元、驱动单元、电源单元和缓冲单元四个部分组成。并且设计了相关的原理图与印刷电路板,最后进行了实物验证。实验表明该驱动电路能够完成预期的目标,实现电机的调速与转向。
Aiming at the current wide application of DC brush motor in many fields,this paper designs a drive circuit with low cost,stable performance and extremely fast response speed.After analyzing and studying the rotation principle and related parameters of the DC brush motor,this paper determines that the driving circuit is composed of four parts:the main control unit,the driving unit,the power supply unit and the buffer unit.The relevant schematics and printed circuit boards are designed,and finally physically verified.Experiments show that the drive circuit can complete the expected goals and achieve the speed regulation and steering of the motor.
