摘要
随着天然气管网建设的推进和区域规划需要,采用合建输气站场的方式不断出现。以S、T两条长输天然气管道的合建站场Z站为例,介绍了Z站场的建设情况、站内工艺流程及控制系统现状,分析了Z站场ESD系统存在的主要问题。对ESD系统联锁改造方案进行了比选,对方案应用情况进行了验证,为合建站场ESD系统联锁融合改造建设提供思路。
With the development of natural gas pipeline network construction and the need of regional planning,gas coconstruction stations emerge as a particular thing.Taking two long distance natural gas pipeline S and T as examples,this paper makes an introduction of the gas co-construction station Z,including the status quo of construction,process flow and control system.It analyses the main problems of ESD-system,and makes a schemes comparison and selection of ESD-sys-tem interlocking reform.Then it verifies the application of the reforming scheme.This paper gives the suggestions for ESD-system interlocking reform of gas co-construction stations.
