摘要
针对湖南省工业用水研究较少,且多为理论与定性分析、可操作性不强等问题,利用湖南省2004~2018年的工业用水数据,借助DEA数据包络分析法、熵权法、灰色系统下关联度的检验方式构建水资源利用效率模型,通过该模型确定工业领域输入、输出指标,计算技术与规模有效性及松弛变量的具体数值,分析工业领域用水流动状况及用水效率,并以此为基础提出对策措施,完善工业用水高效利用模式。研究表明,企业内部各类型投入侧重比例会对工业用水效率产生影响,而合并中小型企业、发展科技以降低污水治理成本也有重要作用。
Aiming at the problems that there are few studies on industrial water utilization in Hunan Province,and most of them are theoretical and qualitative analysis,the operability is not strong,based on the industrial water utilization data of Hunan Province from 2004 to 2018,a water resource utilization efficiency model was established by Data Envelopment Analysis method,Entropy Weight method,and Grey Relation Analysis.Through this model,the input and output indexes of industrial fields were determined,the specific values of technical effectiveness,scale effectiveness and slacks were calculated,and the water utilization efficiency were analyzed.The research shows that the proportion of various types of investment in enterprises will affect the efficiency of industrial water utilization,merger of small and medium enterprises and the development of science and technology to reduce the cost of sewage treatment will also play an important role in improving the industrial water utilization efficiency in Hunan Province.
