水利水电工程中平面钢闸门三维参数化设计与研究 被引量:8

摘要 闸门作为水力发电中的一项重要组成部分,长期以来仍以传统二维设计方式为主,其设计计算费时费力。对此,在建立一种平面钢闸门三维参数化设计架构的基础上,将闸门设计中各参数间的逻辑关系总结为参数逻辑矩阵,以降低参数化系统的复杂程度为目标优化驱动参数数量,提出了一种闸门三维参数化设计方法,大幅减少了平门闸门三维设计所需时间。以CATIA作为建模平台,验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。 As an important part of hydropower, the gate has been mainly designed by the traditional two-dimensional design method for a long time, which is consuming precious time and energy. Based on the establishment of a three-dimensional parametric design architecture of plane steel gate, this paper summarizes the logical relationship between various parameters in gate design as parameter logic matrix, optimizes the number of driving parameters with the goal of reducing the complexity of parametric system, and puts forward a three-dimensional parametric design method of gate, which greatly reduces the time required for three-dimensional design of flat gate. CATIA is used as the modeling platform to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
