菏泽市农业水资源利用现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Water Resources Utilization in Heze City

随着农业供给侧结构性改革的不断深入,菏泽市农业呈快速、健康的态势发展,带动菏泽市由农业大市向农业强市转变。但是,菏泽市农业水资源的利用现状不容乐观,存在缺乏政策引导、基础保障不足、监管不到位等问题,导致农业水资源整体利用率较低。分析了菏泽市农业水资源利用现状,提出了强化农业水资源利用的科学对策,希望能够为实现菏泽市农业水资源的健康、可持续发展作出一定贡献。

With deepening of agricultural supply side structural reform,Heze's agriculture has developed rapidly and healthily,driving Heze to transform from a large agricultural city to a strong agricultural city.However,current situation of utilization of agricultural water resources in Heze City is not optimistic.There are some problems,such as lack of policy guidance,insufficient basic guarantee,inadequate supervision and so on,which lead to low overall utilization rate of agricultural water resources.Current situation of agricultural water resources utilization in Heze City was analyzed,and scientific countermeasures to strengthen utilization of agricultural water resources were put forward,hoping to make a certain contribution to healthy and sustainable development of agricultural water resources in Heze City.
