大脑前动脉水平段变异与前交通动脉瘤形成相关性的研究

Vascular Study on the Correlation between Horizontal Segment Variation of Anterior Cerebral Artery and Anterior Communicating Aneurysm Formation

目的探讨一侧大脑前动脉A1段变异与前交通动脉瘤(ACOAA)形成之间的关系。方法回顾性分析100例头颈部CTA资料,其中前交通动脉瘤组(50例),余下为正常对照组(50例),观察前交通动脉瘤组的动脉瘤的部位、形态、大小,判定结果与手术或DSA结果进行对照;同时观察两组大脑前动脉A1段是否存在变异(发育不良或缺如)。结果前交通动脉瘤组中显示一侧大脑前动脉A1段变异者达35例(70%),明显高于正常对照组一侧大脑前动脉A1段变异的数目13例(26%)(P<0.05)。结论一侧大脑前动脉A1段变异与前交通动脉瘤的发生有密切关系。

Objective To explore the relationship between variation of A1 segment of the anterior cerebral artery on one side and formation of anterior communicating aneurysm(ACOAA).Methods The CTA data of 100 cases of head and neck were retrospectively analyzed,including 50 cases in the anterior communicating aneurysm group and the remaining 50 cases in the normal control group.The location,shape and size of the aneurysm in the anterior communicating aneurysm group were observed,and the results were compared with those of surgery or DSA.Variation(dysplasia or absence)of anterior cerebral artery A1 segment was observed in both groups.Results In the anterior communicating aneurysm group,there were 35 cases(70%)with A1 segment variation on one side of the anterior cerebral artery,which was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(13 cases(26%)with A1 segment variation on one side)(P<0.05).Conclusion The variation of A1 segment of anterior cerebral artery is closely related to the occurrence of anterior communicating aneurysm.
