《古今名医临证金鉴·心悸怔忡卷》论治心悸的用药规律研究

Study on the medication rules of palpitations based on Clinical Experience of Ancient and Modern Famous Doctors·Palpitations(Gujin Mingyi Linzheng Jingjian·Xinji Zhengzhongjuan)

目的:分析《古今名医临证金鉴·心悸怔忡卷》用药规律,为临床治疗心悸提供参考。方法:查阅《古今名医临证金鉴》收录的历代名医治疗心悸有效处方,运用中医传承计算平台(V3.0)等软件进行分析。结果:共纳入43位名医治疗心悸的处方199首,涉及药物284味,用药频次2151次,其中使用频次较高的药物有甘草、茯苓、当归等。用药以补虚药、清热药等为主。药性以温、寒、平为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以心、脾、肺经为主;关联规则获得“大枣-甘草”“龙骨-牡蛎”等核心药对。因子分析显示9个公因子,聚类分析得到6个组合,相关性分析得到228个药对。结论:通过数据挖掘总结了历代名医论治心悸的临证经验,为临床用药提供借鉴。

Objective:To provide reference for clinical treatment of palpitations after analyzing the medication rules in Volume of Severe Palpitations of Clinical Experience of Ancient and Modern Doctors(Gujin Mingyi Linzheng Jingjian·Xinji Zhengzhongjuan).Methods:We checked the effective prescriptions for palpitations by famous physicians in the past generations included in Clinical Experience of Ancient and Modern Doctors and analyzed them by using software such as the TCM Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0).Results:A total of 199 prescriptions of 43 famous physicians for palpitations were included,involving 284 Chinese herbs and 2,151 medication frequency,among which the herbs used more frequently were Licorice,Poria,Angelica,etc.The herbs used focused on tonic and heat-clearing medicinal;the properties of the herbs were mainly warm,cold and moderate;the flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the meridians were mainly heart,spleen and lung meridians.The rules of association were used to obtain core pairs of medicines such as“Dazao-Gancao”and“Longgu-Muli”.Factor analysis revealed nine common factors.Cluster analysis yielded six combinations and correlation analysis yielded 228 medicine pairs.Conclusion:The data analysis summarizes the clinical experience of famous physicians in treating palpitations through the ages and provides reference for clinical medication.
